Commercial Finance team is looking for a new team member! In this dynamic role, you will collaborate closely with two Senior Sales Leaders to drive profitable and sustainable growth within their business units. You will play a pivotal role in the coaching and development of a team of two Sales Finance Analysts, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.


Responsibilities:
  • Partner with 2 Senior Sales Leaders to accelerate profitable and sustainable growth in their businesses
  • Coaching and development of a team of 2 Sales Finance Analysts
  • Support Revenue forecasting process, with the goal of delivering high levels of accuracy, including outlook modelling and benchmarking based on historical data as required
  • Analyze financial performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
  • Provide strategic financial guidance to senior leadership, supporting long-term business objectives.
  • Drive process improvements and efficiencies to focus resources on value creation activities

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration
  • 8+ years of experience in Finance or related field (Sales Ops, etc)
  • Experience leveraging BI tools, such as Microsoft Power BI, for data-driven decision-making
  • Advanced Excel and Power Point capabilities

Preferred:

  • MBA preferred
  • Outstanding analytical skills with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights and recommendations is a must
  • Strong ability to communicate, build trust and influence at Exec level across functions
  • Demonstrated drive and motivation for continuous improvement
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, dynamic setting
