  • Manage full financial function: accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and compliance


  • Deliver accurate management accounts and KPI reporting


  • Lead operational process mapping and identify efficiency improvements


  • Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making and growth initiatives


  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership and external advisors


The Successful Applicant



  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with relevant post-qualification experience


  • Proven experience in a relevant role


  • Strong skills in financial analysis, KPI development, and reporting


  • Advanced Excel proficiency and familiarity with ERP/accounting software; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Quicksight) advantageous


  • Excellent communicator with leadership potential, able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment


What's on Offer



  • Salary in the region of £55,000 to £65,000, level dependent on experience
