Job Introduction

As a Commercial Finance Manager at Sodexo Live!, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the financial health and operational excellence at Headingley Stadium.

This is a high-impact role where your financial insight and leadership will drive smarter decision-making, stronger client relationships, and measurable business results.

What You'll Do:

  • Act as a trusted business partner to operational teams, helping to deliver sustainable profitability and contract performance.
  • Produce accurate and insightful reporting, budgets, and forecasts to guide commercial decisions.
  • Oversee all finance-related activities onsite.
  • Work with regional finance lead to embed a strong financial control environment and champion best practices across your site.
  • Drive improvements in financial processes and support the integration of digital finance tools.
  • Support new business opportunities, contract mobilisations, and client engagement activities.
