A leading company in property risk expertise is seeking a Commercial Finance Manager to partner with business directors. This home working role involves significant expertise in financial reporting and market analysis, focusing on the profitability of the Consumer business. The ideal candidate is a qualified accountant with a strong commercial mindset and experience in financial modelling.
Chartered Surveyors are currently recruiting for a Commercial Finance Manager to Business Partner with our Business Development Director and Consumer Director. You will use your expertise in market analysis and trends relating to revenue, customers, clients, and overall profitability of our Consumer business.

This is a home working role, where regular travel to the Head Office in Kettering will be required on an ad hoc basis.
Qualifications include: Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) with FP&A and/or Commercial Finance experience. You should possess exemplary commercial acumen, strategic mindset, and experience in creating and presenting robust Plans, Budgets, and Forecasts. Experience in financial modelling and scenario planning is essential.
