Job summary

Boden Group in London is seeking a Commercial Finance Manager to own financial performance across a major facilities management contract. You will work with operational and commercial leadership to provide insight, challenge performance and identify profitability opportunities.

Responsibilities include owning reporting, forecasting and budgeting, partnering with teams to improve margins, analysing revenue, costs and cash flow, and maintaining strong governance across the contract.

Qualifications

• Experience as Commercial Finance Manager or similar senior finance role.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence operational stakeholders.
• Proven skills in forecasting, budgeting and financial modelling.
• Experience translating financial data for finance and non-finance audiences.
• FM/outsourced services or contract-led experience is advantageous.
• Proactive approach to improving financial and commercial performance.

The Role

As the Commercial Finance Manager, you\'ll:

• Own financial reporting, forecasting and budgeting across a major FM contract.
• Partner with operational and commercial teams to improve financial performance and profitability.
• Analyse contract performance, including revenue, costs, margins and cash flow.
• Identify financial risks, commercial opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Support management accounts, financial reviews and regular reporting cycles.
• Provide financial challenge and recommendations to senior operational stakeholders.
• Maintain strong financial controls, governance and compliance across the contract.

About You

To be successful as the Commercial Finance Manager, you\'ll have:

• Experience as a Commercial Finance Manager, Finance Business Partner or similar senior finance professional.
• Strong commercial acumen and the confidence to influence operational stakeholders.
• Proven financial modelling, forecasting, budgeting and analytical skills.
• Experience translating financial information for finance and non-finance stakeholders.
• Facilities management, outsourced services or contract-led experience would be advantageous.
• A proactive approach to improving financial and commercial performance.
