Talentedge is partnering with a hyper-growth FinTech to find a Commercial Finance Lead. In this role, you will collaborate with the Global COO and business functions including Sales, Commercial, and Marketing.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Oversee and develop a high-performing commercial finance team
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and planning for Marketing, Sales, and Commercial functions
  • Partner with C-Suite, Heads of Functions, Board, and Investors
  • Support COO by providing insights for commercial negotiations and partnerships
  • Create business cases and financial models to support decision-making
  • Produce reporting packs for investors and stakeholders

Profile:

  • Qualified accountant or investment banker
  • Experience in high-growth companies, preferably in B2C high-volume transactional models (FinTech experience is a plus)
  • Mathematical and data-driven approach
  • Advanced financial modeling skills; BI and data analytics experience is advantageous
  • Strong business partnering and communication skills; comfortable advising and influencing teams, especially in BD, Sales, and Commercial functions
