We are now seeking an ambitious and experienced Divisional Finance Lead to join our dynamic Fostering Division and play a key role in shaping financial strategy, supporting operational delivery, and driving commercial performance.
Your Role:
As Divisional Finance Lead, you’ll support the Managing Director of Fostering and lead a skilled finance team based in Kent. You’ll ensure financial compliance, spearhead budgeting, drive insight-led reporting, and actively shape our fostering services through data-backed decision-making.
