Commercial Finance Business Partner - Away From Home

What you'll be doing

We are looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our UK & Ireland Finance team. You'll work closely with the Head of OOH (out of home) and the wider OOH team to provide decision support as well as managing the financial reporting, budgeting, and performance analysis for the overall OOH business.

You will also play a critical role in maintaining strong financial controls and ensuring compliance. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your business partnering skills within a fast-growing £50m revenue channel in the UK.

Additionally, you'll be

• Leading the OOH performance cycle, driving accurate financial reporting and analysis to ensure clarity and understanding of financial performance.
• Managing the delivery of in-year targets, understanding risks and opportunities to the full-year outlook, and partnering with the Head of OOH to make trade-offs as required to deliver the numbers.
• Leading the OOH budgeting process from a financial perspective to deliver a budget snapshot in line with internal deadlines.
• Upholding the integrity of our numbers by maintaining financial controls and processes, including trade investment management.

You'll have

• The ability to independently conduct scenario modelling to find the best solutions and challenge commercial stakeholders.
• Experience managing a performance cycle and effectively delivering insights to non-financial stakeholders.
