Job description

I am currently partnering with SaaS business looking to bring in a Commercial Finance Business Partner to join a growing team, this role will report into the Head of Commercial & Finance Business Partnering. You will be used to working across different functions and be able to present to senior leaders across the business.

For this position you must have SaaS metrics experience, business partnered across teams and be able to work fully remotely. They have an office across multiple locations if you wanted to use, however this is a fully remote role.

Main responsibilities;

  • Become the key person within the Finance Business Partnering team, driving initiatives and setting the vision.
  • Provide end to end financial support across the business to offer insights and support to business functions.
  • Business partner with various functions including; Sales, Marketing and Technology.
  • Lead the tracking and analysis of ARR for new business and churn.
  • Support the development of revenue strategies and growth plans.
  • Provide data driven and performance commentary on ARR and revenue KPI’s
  • Influence on commercial and strategic decisions across the business.

Key skills to be considered;

  • Previous experience in business partnering and working with senior stakeholders.
  • SaaS experience and understanding metrics to support the business.
  • Understand sales cycles, marketing funnels and revenue recognition.
  • Superb financial modelling, scenario planning and storytelling skills.
  • Experience around Netsuite, Salesforce, Power BI and Anaplan.
