Group Commercial Finance Business Partner

Do you thrive on turning numbers into strategy and partnering with commercial teams?

In this role, you’ll lead commercial gross margin reporting, drive profitability, and support strategic growth through robust financial insights and scenario planning. You'll also manage 2 Operations Business Partners and help shape the future of customer gross margin analysis.

What You’ll Do

1. Support commercial decision-making through insightful analysis and scenario modelling, gross margin reporting.
2. Partner with the commercial team to assess new business opportunities and optimise trade terms.
3. Lead budget and forecasting cycles with a focus on sales, margins, and operational costs.
4. Collaborate across departments and geographies to align reporting and drive efficiencies.
5. Manage 2 Ops Business Partners, UK & Portugal.
6. Occasional travel to Portugal.

Requirements

1. You must have Business Partner experience, supporting commercial sales teams (essential).
2. Proven success in a commercial finance role, supporting gross margin reporting, pricing, and scenario forecasting.
3. A professional finance qualification (CA, ACCA, or equivalent).
4. Live within commuting distance to Chichester (essential).
