What You’ll Be Doing:

• Providing commercial insight – not just the numbers, but the ‘so what?’
• Challenging the business to drive the best commercial outcomes
• Delivering accurate analysis and insight to support decision-making
• Evaluating business performance, ensuring clear understanding across teams
• Owning period-end activities, including stock and supplier income reporting
• Influencing new product launches, promotions, and pricing strategies to ensure profitability
• Driving continuous improvement, identifying ways to make processes slicker and more effective
• Playing a key role in budget and forecast preparation, ensuring financial plans are robust and achievable
• Working on cross-functional projects, collaborating across the wider business

What We’re Looking For:

We need a Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent) with a strong foundation in management or financial accounting. If you’ve got commercial finance experience, that’s a plus – but more importantly, we want someone who’s curious, proactive, and ready to challenge the status quo.
