Are you a finance professional ready to take on a strategic, visible, and influential role?

We are seeking a commercially astute, financially literate, and proactive analyst to drive automation, financial planning, and commercial insights across multiple business functions. Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll transform raw financial data into actionable insights and implement smart, AI-driven processes to enhance how the organization manages spend, reporting, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the COO to provide a consolidated and strategic view of departmental spend across HR, IT, Tech, Operations, and Product.
• Analyze financial data from sources like Sage, Oracle, SAP exports, and transform them into dynamic reports and dashboards.
• Lead the design and implementation of automation and AI tools to streamline invoice approvals, financial reporting, and budget planning.
• Identify opportunities for smarter procurement, outsourcing, or renegotiation to reduce spend.
• Work on forecasting, planning, and scenario modeling, including pricing changes and vendor management strategies.
• Collaborate with the Finance Director and Retail Director to align reporting standards.
• Assist with the implementation of payment and billing systems, especially for corporate clients using RVS services.
• Introduce best practices in commercial operations, ideally with experience from a vendor or seller perspective.

Position Details:

• Permanent | Full-time (35 hours/week)

Minimum Requirements

• Experience in commercial finance, operations, or transformation; qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) or equivalent experience with strong financial knowledge.
• Advanced Excel skills, particularly in automating data handling and analysis.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Power BI AI visuals, CoPilot, or automation platforms.
• Self-starter with high initiative and ability to challenge existing processes.
• Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with staff and senior stakeholders.
• Experience leading manual finance environments towards modernization and automation.
• Commercial mindset with confidence in pricing, scenario modeling, and investment analysis.
