Job summary

SBFM is a leading provider of soft facilities management services, seeking an Account Analyst to join the Leeds Head Office. You will ensure accurate invoicing, analyse financial performance and provide commercial insight to support business decisions.

In this role you’ll work with Operations, Contract Managers and the wider Finance team, building relationships and driving improvements in financial processes and reporting accuracy. A competitive salary and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in finance, accounting or commercial finance.
• Strong Excel skills with detail-oriented data work.
• Excellent analytical skills with a methodical approach.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue accurate client invoices in line with contractual terms.
• Develop understanding of contracts including pricing, uplifts and variations.
• Reconcile costs against invoiced revenue and investigate discrepancies.
• Analyse contract performance against budget and identify variances.
