My client is a large multinational with a strong finance division based across Europe. This position is paramount within the FP&A division, and will be working with a number of SME's as well as global giants in the implementation of their product.

Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end structuring of strategic partnerships, joint ventures, licensing, or M&A transactions
  • Develop financial models and scenario analyses to assess deal viability
  • Negotiate deal terms in collaboration with legal, finance, and commercial teams
  • Identify innovative structuring mechanisms to maximize value and minimize risk
  • Support executive decision-making with clear insights on deal economics and strategic fit
  • Stay current with market trends, competitor activity, and emerging deal structures
  • Maintain strong relationships with external advisors, stakeholders, and strategic partners

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Law, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 7+ years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, strategy consulting, or legal deal structuring
