I'm looking for a Commercial Finance Analyst to play a critical role in driving strategic decisions and commercial success across a growing business. If you have a passion for numbers, business strategy, and making a real impact, this role is for you.

About the Role:

As a Commercial Finance Analyst, you will be the financial backbone of our commercial operations. You'll partner with key stakeholders across sales, marketing, and operations to deliver data-driven insights, robust forecasts, and actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide financial analysis and insights to support commercial strategy and decision-making
• Partner with business units to build budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans
• Analyse sales performance, pricing strategies, and customer profitability
• Identify risks and opportunities, and present clear recommendations to leadership
• Develop financial models to evaluate investment cases, pricing models, and strategic initiatives
• Support month-end reporting and variance analysis
• Continuously improve reporting tools and processes

What I'm Looking For:

• Proven experience in a commercial finance, commercial accountancy, FP&A, or business analyst role
• Solid understanding of financial principles and business strategy
• Confident communicator with the ability to influence and challenge stakeholders
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven
