Job description

Team - Health Finance

Working Pattern - Hybrid - 2 days per week in the Vitality Bournemouth Office. Full time, 35 hours per week.

What this role is all about: As a Commercial Finance Analyst, you will support the delivery of the monthly Vitality Health Performance Pack, the quarterly Vitality Health CEO report, other forms of reporting within VitalityHealth, and provide cover as required for bonus calculations and reporting within Distribution.

Key Actions

Performance Pack

  • Coordinate compilation of the monthly Performance Pack, including:
    • Preparation & distribution of the reporting timetable
    • Collection & review of data from contributors
    • Assist in creating PowerPoint presentations

Working Capital/Short-Term Investments

  • Review daily cash flows and create bank transfers to ensure sufficient funds
  • Prepare reconciliations & monthly journals for short-term investments

Ad-hoc Commercial Analysis

  • Support the team in producing reports like monthly P&L, cash flow analysis, etc.

Cross Cover

  • Provide cover for bonus processes and financial reporting as needed
