Your new company
You will be joining a high-growth international group based close to Cobham, Surrey. The business is private equity-backed and, thanks to recent investment, they are expanding further. You'll join a high-performing commercial finance team in a highly visible role supporting operations.

Your new role
Reporting to the head of commercial finance, you will take on a classic commercial finance analyst role with interesting quirks. The business operates at a regional level, so your colleagues will be based across the UK and internationally. Working closely with the commercial leadership team, you'll be the key finance contact, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, analytics, and reporting for the division. You will also collaborate with leadership to enhance their understanding of financials, and occasionally work directly with key clients on pricing and contracts. This is a broad, commercially focused finance role.

What you'll need to succeed
You should have a professional accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) and proven experience in a commercial finance setting, along with strong relationship-building skills. The organization is large, but the ideal candidate will have experience in medium to large-sized businesses with a broad, hands-on approach. While accounting involvement is limited, a solid understanding of accounting treatments is necessary for liaising with the accounting team.
