Commercial Finance Analyst - Bristol (Hybrid) - Up to £45,000 + Benefits - Aerospace & Defence

IN2 Consult is partnering with a leading global Aerospace & Defence client to recruit a part-qualified or finalist level Commercial Finance Analyst for a permanent position.

The role involves extensive business partnering with stakeholders both within and outside of finance, as well as responsibilities in month-end management accounting, financial analysis, and FP&A duties.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Partner with stakeholders to present month-end figures, identify improvement areas, and support decision-making.
2. Generate financial reporting packages and communicate variances to program managers.
3. Develop and maintain baseline, performance management, and estimate at complete analyses.
4. Monitor, report, and analyze program budgets and schedules.
5. Perform earned value management, including implementation, maintenance, reporting, and analysis.
6. Organize cost and schedule data for monthly program reviews.

Required Experience:

• Part-qualified or studying for ACCA, CIMA, or ACA.
• UK national or resident for the past 5 years.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Proven experience in business partnering with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in financial analysis and month-end reporting.
