Salary - £35,000 - £40,000 DOE
As a Commercial Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring our buildings are maintained to the highest standards, services are delivered efficiently, and all statutory and regulatory requirements are met.
You'll lead supplier and contractor management, drive operational improvements, and act as the key point of contact for tenants and stakeholders.
We're looking for someone with strong organisational and leadership skills, excellent commercial awareness, and a hands on approach to problem solving. You should be comfortable working in a fast paced environment and have the ability to balance operational demands with long term strategic planning.
