Job Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and revenue in designated travel retail locations, including airports, cruise ships, border stores, and other duty-free outlets.
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies, identify new business opportunities, and expand brand distribution in travel retail channels.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key travel retail partners, including airport retail managers, duty-free operators, and distributors.
  • Ensure product availability, visibility, and merchandising standards through regular visits.
  • Manage trade marketing budgets, promotions, activations, and organize tastings, events, and brand experiences.
  • Recruit, supervise, and coordinate brand ambassadors and event promoters, including sales targets, merchandising, and stock management.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, monitor market trends, and provide consumer insights to inform strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop campaigns and share best practices.
  • Manage personal development to meet work and career goals.
