Your customer contact points will include category buying and procurement teams as well as engineers and technical decision makers. Internally within the office, you will also have daily interactions with design and manufacturing teams, operations, supply chain and sales to ensure you are fulfilling orders and able to deliver engineering solutions to your customers. Most customer interactions will be on teams, phone and email but you will also be expected to travel a few times per year to meet customers across Europe and America. Other responsibilities of the role involve managing the CRM database, tracking data within your accounts, learning about contract and tender management and preparing and submitting customer quotations. Candidates with a passion for engineering and good phone manner and interpersonal skills should apply!
