The role:

This is an Entry level role that will function as an integral support to Wholesalers, Customers, and our internal Field & Commercial Sales Team. The position ensures on-time payments, maintains reporting visibility, and resolves challenges related to trade marketing materials, Drinks Dispense, and ullages. Additionally, collaboration with internal teams, including Finance, Commercial, and Supply, is key to ensuring smooth operations and business growth.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Ensure 100% on-time payments for Wholesalers & Customers within SLA.

Support Independent Free Trade (IFT) Field Sales Team by resolving payment issues and providing ongoing visibility of progress.

Communicate weekly IFT payment updates via a bespoke dashboard to IFT Exec, Key Account Managers, and Field Sales Team.

Manage the Sales Team-facing side of the Contract Management tool, including reporting, analysis and bug escalation.

Create and maintain training and demo documents (e.g., FAQs) for payments, contracts, and BEES platform.

Administer and track Trade Marketing Material budgets, flagging gaps and resolving delivery issues.

Support Field Sales Team with Drinks Dispense queries and logging of a variety of jobs, including timely updates on installations and service.

Own end-to-end ullage resolution, tracking claims, and maintaining clear customer communication.

Collaborate with internal creative agency and commercial teams to develop IFT Brochure Content and ensure visibility of NPD SKUs.

Track and report Wholesaler JBP compliance, collaborating closely with Commercial team to ensure data accuracy and relevant next steps.
