Job summary

MacGregor Black is partnering with a Retail Business on the search for a Commercial Estates Manager. This is a perm role based in London.

You will oversee a diverse national property portfolio, lead negotiations on leases and rent reviews, manage capital programmes and ensure compliance with property legislation, health and safety and sustainability standards. You will also build strong relationships with landlords, agents and internal stakeholders while leading a small in-house team.

Qualifications

• Experience in estates or property management at a senior level.
• Strong understanding of commercial and residential property law, leases, planning, and asset management.
• Excellent negotiation, budgeting and project management skills.
• RICS qualification or equivalent is desirable.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in estates or property management at a senior level, preferably in a retail-led environment.
• Strong understanding of commercial and residential property law, leases, planning, and asset management.
• Excellent negotiation, budgeting, and project management skills.
• RICS qualification or equivalent is desirable.
• Would suit a chartered surveyor but not essential.

Salary is up to £70k + benefits.
