Job Description:

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Commercial Success Manager to lead initiatives that enhance engagement with our customers throughout the commercial lifecycle. This role involves collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to optimize communication of value, accelerate lead generation, increase deal volumes, and focus on revenue growth and customer retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement commercial engagement strategies to support sales pipeline development, deal acceleration, and portfolio expansion.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to create tailored campaigns, sales enablement materials, and messaging frameworks for key customer segments.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to identify expansion opportunities and support upsell/cross-sell efforts through targeted outreach and content.
  • Utilize CRM and engagement platforms to automate customer journey touchpoints, including email sequences, quarterly business reviews, and nurture campaigns.
  • Develop an internal engagement program showcasing the X-Sell portfolio to educate and motivate staff.
  • Lead engagement programs for key accounts, user groups, workshops, and executive briefings.
  • Analyze engagement metrics and continuously refine strategies based on performance data.
  • Act as a liaison between commercial teams and product/marketing to ensure customer needs influence go-to-market strategies.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

  • 4–8 years of experience in sales enablement, customer engagement, or related roles within a B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, account management, and customer lifecycle management.
  • Proven track record of driving commercial outcomes through cross-functional collaboration.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency with CRM (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot), and engagement tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and apply insights to improve strategies.
