The Role

As a Commercial Energy Operations Analyst, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth energy procurement and contract management for clients spending £250K–£2M annually on electricity and gas.

1. Liaising with account managers, consultants, energy suppliers, and customers to resolve contract and billing issues.
2. Supporting energy procurement processes, including auctions and renewals.
3. Managing bill validation, forecasting, site additions, change of tenancy processes, and more.
4. Building strong relationships with suppliers and clients to deliver the best possible service.

About You

1. 2+ years of experience in the utilities/energy sector.
2. A strong analytical mindset with great Excel and IT skills.
3. A passion for energy, sustainability, and commercial problem-solving.
4. Salary up to £32,000.
5. Annual bonus.
