Commercial Energy Operations Analyst | Permanent | London | up to £32,000

This role is perfect for someone looking to build a career within energy. Our client's structured development framework allows you develop all the way to Consulting Manager, where you’ll become a trusted advisor to major clients.

The Role

As a Commercial Energy Operations Analyst, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth energy procurement and contract management for clients spending £250K–£2M annually on electricity and gas.

Your day-to-day

  • Liaising with account managers, consultants, energy suppliers, and customers to resolve contract and billing issues.
  • Supporting energy procurement processes, including auctions and renewals.
  • Managing bill validation, forecasting, site additions, change of tenancy processes, and more.
  • Building strong relationships with suppliers and clients to deliver the best possible service.

About you

  • 2+ years of experience in the utilities/energy sector.
  • A strong analytical mindset with great Excel and IT skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A passion for energy, sustainability, and commercial problem-solving.
