Job summary

Build Recruitment is seeking an experienced Commercial Electrician for a temporary contract in Surrey. You will perform PPM and reactive maintenance on commercial electrical systems within a building services context.

The role requires Level 3 NVQ or equivalent and strong fault-finding skills, with the ability to work independently across 12-hour shifts on a 4-on/4-off pattern. Ensure compliance with electrical safety regulations and site procedures.

Qualifications

• Relevant electrical qualifications such as Level 3 NVQ or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Commercial Electrician in building services or FM.
• Strong electrical fault-finding and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out PPM on commercial electrical systems and equipment.
• Respond to reactive maintenance requests, diagnose faults and complete repairs.
• Undertake electrical fault-finding and ensure systems are safe and operational.
