Job summary

Smart Power is seeking a fully qualified Commercial Electrician to join our permanent full-time team. The role focuses on commercial/industrial installation work across mainland UK, with many weeks involving 3 nights away and about 50 hours of work, delivering strong earning potential.

Initially you’ll learn from an experienced lead engineer, then progress to lead your own projects within one of our installation teams.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified electrician with UK driving licence
• Experience supervising on site
• Willingness to work away Monday to Thursday most weeks
• Commercial or industrial installation experience
• NVQ Level 3, AM2 and 18th Edition completed

Responsibilities

• Carrying out commercial and industrial electrical installation work
• Electrical installations linked to specialist equipment, power supplies and connections
• Containment and wiring in active commercial environments
• Supporting and leading junior electricians on site
• Learn from lead engineers before progressing to own team/projects
