GBP40,000 per annum

Requirements for a Dual Trained Asbestos Surveyor Analyst:

1. You should have at least P402, P403, and P404 qualifications
2. Experience in a similar position
3. Understand the principles of the HSG 248 Analyst Guide
4. You will need to be flexible in your approach to work and willing to work weekends/nights and spend time away from home
5. Excellent communication skills with the ability to talk to clients and colleagues at all levels
6. Must have a driving license

Dual Trained Asbestos Surveyor Analyst Responsibilities:

1. Undertake asbestos surveys on all types of building from domestic to commercial and industrials
2. Mentoring assistant asbestos surveyors
3. Carry out 4 stage clearances and other air tests in locations throughout the South
4. Ensure that files / general paperwork is filled in correctly and to a high-quality standard - following AEC UKAS procedures.
5. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, supervisors, and the public
6. Maintain regular consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, personal appearance, and adherence to relevant health & safety procedures.
