Job title: Commercial Disputes/eDiscovery Solicitor
Location: Southampton
Salary: £60k-£80k - depending on experience
PQE Level: 1+
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full-time

Are you a UK-qualified lawyer with a passion for eDiscovery and commercial disputes? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join a dynamic team specializing in innovative legal services. My client is a UK Top 50 firm and is providing a unique position for solicitors who have an interest in a hybrid role that combines both inhouse and private practice elements.

In this role, you will manage high-volume projects, advise on disclosure processes, and collaborate with litigation teams to develop eDiscovery strategies. You will also supervise paralegals, design and implement technology solutions, and manage client interactions. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in commercial disputes, familiarity with eDiscovery platforms, and previous supervisory experience. This position offers a hybrid working model, with the flexibility to work from home and attend office 2 days per week.

Overall, this is an excellent role for disputes lawyers seeking something different with a firm at the leading edge of the regional market.
