Job summary

William James Recruitment is representing a growing London litigation practice seeking a Litigation/Disputes Lawyer to handle complex commercial and group disputes, including High Court and Commercial Court proceedings. The role offers exposure to high-value, cross-border matters, progression as the team expands, and close work with senior litigators.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years PQE, training from a top city firm, strong academics, and excellent written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years PQE in a commercial disputes environment.
• Experience in High Court proceedings is preferred.
• Strong academics and analytical ability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work on complex commercial disputes including High Court and Commercial Court proceedings.
• Contribute to large-scale group litigation matters.
• Collaborate with senior litigators on case strategy and management.
• Manage deadlines and client expectations in a fast-paced environment.
