Job summary

QC Legal is seeking an experienced solicitor to advise on a broad range of commercial disputes, including litigation, arbitration and ADR. The role involves handling domestic and international matters, with increasing autonomy and direct client interaction in a fast-paced environment.

You will work closely with partners on high-value matters, develop client relationships, and contribute to business development and market initiatives while collaborating with colleagues across practice areas.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with 4+ years' PQE in Commercial Disputes.
• Broad experience across commercial litigation with strong technical and analytical ability.
• Experience managing matters with increasing levels of autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on a broad range of commercial litigation matters through litigation, arbitration and ADR.
• Handle disputes involving commercial contracts, professional negligence, injunctions, procurement challenges, public law and insolvency matters.
• Work on domestic and international disputes with exposure to cross-border litigation.
• Manage your own caseload while supporting partners on complex, high-value matters.
• Develop strong relationships with clients, professional advisers and market intermediaries.
• Play an active role in business development through networking, client training, seminars and marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues across multiple practice areas on multi-disciplinary matters.
• Contribute to the continued growth of a well-established Commercial Disputes practice.
