Commercial Disputes Associate – 3+ PQE

This is an exciting opportunity to join our market-leading commercial disputes practice, working nationally and internationally to help power the continued expansion of the team and practice to meet the firm's strategic growth objectives and with clear opportunities for progression as your career develops.

What You'll Do:

1. Develop your technical skills, knowledge, and experience of commercial disputes in a supportive environment.
2. Employ flexibility and innovation in thinking to prioritise client's commercial objectives, including the integration of AI and other tools for service improvement.
3. Foster and expand client relationships through collaborative efforts within the direct team, across other AG practice areas, and with industry groups.
4. Independently build your own network of client and industry contacts.
5. Engage in continuous self-development through formal training programmes, mentoring, coaching, and leadership development opportunities.

Who We're Looking For:

1. A qualified lawyer with approximately 3 years of post-qualification experience, ideally within a private practice setting.
2. A candidate with a proactive, agile, and enthusiastic approach to developing in the field of commercial disputes.
3. An individual who is flexible in their thinking and puts the client's commercial objectives at the forefront.
4. A team player who is keen on fostering and growing client relationships, as well as building their own network of contacts.
