Job summary

Frasia Wright Associates is seeking an experienced Commercial Dispute Resolution Solicitor with at least 2 years’ PQE to join its Inverness/Elgin team. You will advise a diverse client base on a broad range of contentious matters and work alongside highly regarded partners.

The role focuses on property and contentious private client disputes, with exposure to contract litigation, professional negligence, banking, IP, and construction disputes.

Qualifications
