i'm looking for a commercially-minded leader with a proven track record in driving agency growth to join a vibrant and ambitious mid size agency based in West Yorkshire. As the companies Commercial Director you will be leading the agencies commercial strategy through driving sustainable revenue growth.

As our Commercial Director, you will play a critical role in shaping business strategy, overseeing commercial operations, and aligning the sales and marketing efforts with financial objectives. You'll be part of the senior leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO, and working closely with department heads to ensure commercial performance is at the heart of everything they do.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Lead the financial planning and performance process, including forecasting, pricing strategy, and margin optimisation.
  • Oversee and coordinate sales, marketing, and client services to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
  • Monitor market trends, client behaviours, and competitor activity to inform strategy.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to the leadership team.
  • Foster a performance-driven culture across the agency.
