Overview

A leading media and creative agency group is seeking a forward-thinking Commercial Director to lead commercial strategy, drive new business growth, and build out a high-performing revenue engine across both agency services and strategic partnerships.

This is a rare opportunity to join a values-led, socially-native business with a unique commercial model that combines influencer marketing, content creation, and partnerships at scale. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in both strategic planning and high-level stakeholder engagement.

The Role

You will be responsible for leading and growing sales and marketing, identifying new revenue opportunities, and driving performance across social/influencer agency services and strategic brand partnerships.

This senior, hands-on role requires a deep understanding of social media platforms and how social strategies integrate into broader brand and marketing objectives. Experience in scaling commercial teams, developing product-market fit, and creating winning pitches is essential.
