Overview
A leading media and creative agency group is seeking a forward-thinking Commercial Director to lead commercial strategy, drive new business growth, and build out a high-performing revenue engine across both agency services and strategic partnerships.
This is a rare opportunity to join a values-led, socially-native business with a unique commercial model that brings together influencer marketing, content creation, and partnerships at scale. The ideal candidate will be as comfortable in the weeds of building out go-to-market strategy as they are in the boardroom pitching to senior stakeholders.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for leading and growing the sales and marketing function, identifying new revenue opportunities, and driving commercial performance across two core verticals: social/influencer agency services and strategic brand partnerships.
This is a senior and hands-on role that requires a deep grounding in social media – not just in terms of platform knowledge, but a strategic understanding of how social plays into broader brand and marketing objectives. You’ll have a track record of scaling commercial teams, developing product-market fit, and building pitch-winning strategies.
