Job Description

We're looking for a Commercial Director to join our team as part of our Advisory function. This role is a fixed-term contract to cover a maternity leave period. It is suitable for someone already working within a senior commercial position at Informa Festivals / Informa who seeks valuable experience as a Commercial Director.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy: Execute the long-term sales and growth strategy for LIONS Advisory, including creating a go-to-market strategy for key products.
2. Commercial Growth: Oversee commercial performance, drive new business, and understand market needs to meet growth targets.
3. Product Growth: Collaborate with brands like Cannes Lions, Contagious, WARC, Effie to develop market-leading propositions.
4. Sales Excellence and Reporting: Provide regular reports, manage sales teams, and ensure customer satisfaction.
5. Qualifications: Proven experience in leading teams, developing sales strategies, and achieving commercial targets.
