Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for driving business growth? We’re looking for a Commercial Director (Branch) to take charge of regional sales and retention strategies.

About the Role

As a Commercial Director, you’ll lead a team of Account Executives/Development Executives (up to 8 people), providing strategic guidance and coaching to improve client retention, cross-sales, and new business acquisition. Your leadership will directly contribute to achieving branch and regional financial targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strong, effective leadership to your team, ensuring they meet performance targets.
  • Review market trends, identify opportunities, and guide the team with clear insights and direction.
  • Collaborate with the Branch Director to implement strategic initiatives.
  • Support the team in delivering exceptional customer outcomes, ensuring compliance with Consumer Duty requirements.
