Job summary

Sphere Solutions is seeking a Commercial Director for an established regional contractor, covering commercial new build, refurbishment / fit out, cladding / facade and residential. The role is based out of the Bristol office, with responsibility for risk management, financial control, cash management, and P&L.

You will lead the regional commercial team, report into the Regional Director, and participate in board level meetings and reports.

Job description

A loyal client to Sphere are looking to appoint a Commercial Director with immediate effect. Your new company are an established regional Main Contractor, operating within Commercial New Build, Refurbishment / Fit Out / Cut & Carve, Cladding / Facade, and Residential. Project values are typically up to £40M.

The successful candidate will be based out of my clients Bristol office, and be responsible for aspects such as Risk Management, Financial Control, Cash Management, Process & Administration, Commercial Audits, P&L, Board level meetings / Reports, and management of a Regional Commercial Team, whilst reporting into a Regional Director.

• Salary Up to £125K (subject to experience). However, this can be negotiable for the ideal candidate.
