We are seeking a Commercial Director responsible for planning, developing, and implementing commercial strategies to meet the objectives of the NNEP framework. This role involves maximizing revenue, profit, and sustainable growth throughout the program's lifecycle. The Commercial Director will influence pricing models and leverage market insights to guide NNEP's direction, requiring extensive commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and strong communication and leadership skills.
The role oversees Commercial, Procurement, and Supply Chain strategies aligned with the central EAS capability. It includes managing the Sales and Proposals team and developing strategic relationships with AWE, partners, and the supply chain to support Jacobs' capabilities and meet NNEP (and wider AWE) scope requirements.
• BSc/BA in Quantity Surveying, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Significant experience in major program delivery, preferably including international projects valued at hundreds of millions of pounds
• Proven leadership and behavioral management skills, with experience leading change and building multidisciplinary teams
• Strong understanding of NEC and other contract forms, including P13
• Experience managing complex supply chains for engineering or construction projects
• Excellent collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to obtain security clearance or existing clearance
