With robust R&D resources, the company is gearing up for expansion and is set to revolutionise various fields such as aesthetics, orthopaedics, and plastic surgery.

They are looking for a Commercial Director to join their pioneering team. This role will see you implement the global sales and marketing strategy while spearheading the build and growth of the business in the UK, along with leading the Commercial team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise the Commercial team in the UK, offering guidance, mentorship, and conducting performance evaluations to ensure both individual and team objectives are achieved.
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies tailored to the UK market, aligning them with the global Sales and Marketing strategy, overarching business objectives, and growth targets.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including KOLs and healthcare professionals, while actively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and leads.
  • Deliver comprehensive training, product information, and technical support to customers.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences as necessary, presenting where required, and collaborate closely with the marketing team to create promotional materials and initiatives.

To be considered for the role, you must closely match the following criteria:

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, science).
  • Possess over 10 years of experience in sales within the Aesthetics industry.
  • Strong preference for candidates with experience in launching premium and innovative products in new markets.
  • Demonstrated success in leading commercial organisations.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel for business purposes as needed.
