Commercial Director leading the sales charge within the hospitality sector. The role will require a strong network and the ability to win new business.

We are excited to manage this opportunity for a Commercial Director to join a growing hospitality services business.
The business is a leading consultancy and services business, based North of London that work with some of the UK’s biggest and most prestigious names and brands in the food and hospitality industry. They are currently building and launching a new service proposition and looking for an experienced commercial leader to join the journey.

The Commercial Director role will be responsible for defining and delivering the sales and marketing strategy, primarily to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth. The role will develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics. Critically, the role will build strong relationships with new and existing clients and work closely with the operations team to support and deliver into clients. You will also be monitoring market trends, competition, and customer insights.

To be successful in the Commercial Director role you……

  • Will have a demonstrable track record in senior sales and commercial roles within the hospitality sector.
  • Will have proven success in delivering significant and sustainable revenue growth through development of new business
  • Will have outstanding networking skills and stakeholder management at a C-suite level
  • Must be comfortable presenting to large audiences
  • Finally, you will have excellent commercial and financial acumen

Essentially you need to be well networked in the UK hospitality market and be comfortable and excited by new business growth.
