With nearly 35 years of profitable success, and a reputation for excellence, this is an opportunity to be part of the Executive Committee, driving the commercial, sales, product, marketing, and digital strategy.

Role: Commercial Director

Location: Willand, Devon (Hybrid – 3 days on-site, and regular UK-wide travel expected)

Reporting to: CEO

Team: c.60

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Digital & Commercial Strategy – Define long-term goals, enhance the digital capabilities, and optimise the e-commerce performance
  • Inspire & Lead Teams – Develop and mentor a high-performing team across sales, marketing, digital and product
  • Drive Sales & Growth – Expand market opportunities for both customer and product, build strong customer relationships, and maximise revenue
  • Enhance Customer Experience – Utilise data-driven insights to refine customer journeys and engagement strategies
  • Build strong supplier relationships and drive new product growth opportunities
  • Optimise Operations & Financials – Collaborate with the CEO & FD to balance growth and cost control
