Job Description

  1. Lead the procurement and supply chain department, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  2. Foster relationships with stakeholders and suppliers.
  3. Develop and implement strategic procurement initiatives.
  4. Oversee contract negotiations to ensure favourable terms.
  5. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  6. Promote sustainability within the procurement process.
  7. Manage the department budget and financial planning.
  8. Report to senior management on procurement and supply chain performance.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Commercial Director should have:

  1. A degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a relevant field.
  2. Proven experience in a leadership role within the Procurement & Supply Chain department.
  3. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team.
  4. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  5. Knowledge of procurement processes, policies, and procedures.
