I have been retained on an assignment to identify and source a Commercial Director for a key client of mine based in the East Midlands. This role includes P&L responsibility for a Main Contractor and a standalone regional business, reporting into a Regional MD. The position entails managing a large team of Surveyors of varying levels.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee P&L for the regional business.
2. Manage and lead a team of Surveyors.
3. Report directly to the Regional MD.
