They are seeking a Commercial Manager/Managing Surveyor, ideally with a housing background, to join their Cardiff office, supporting upcoming developments around the South West. The role is suitable for candidates with strong commercial, quantity surveying, and housing experience.
Responsibilities include leading the Commercial department in Cardiff, monitoring several housing developments, managing budgets and cost plans, reporting, and recruiting to expand the commercial team. The role offers flexibility between office and remote work.
