Commercial Director - Hospitality Sector

We are excited to manage this opportunity for a Commercial Director to join a growing hospitality services business.

The business is a leading consultancy and services provider, based north of London, working with some of the UK’s biggest and most prestigious brands in the food and hospitality industry. They are currently building and launching a new service proposition and are seeking an experienced commercial leader to join their journey.

Role Responsibilities
  1. Define and deliver the sales and marketing strategy to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  2. Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  4. Collaborate with the operations team to support and deliver client services.
  5. Monitor market trends, competition, and customer insights.
Candidate Requirements
  • Proven track record in senior sales and commercial roles within the hospitality sector.
  • Successful experience in delivering significant and sustainable revenue growth through new business development.
  • Outstanding networking skills and stakeholder management at a C-suite level.
  • Comfortable presenting to large audiences.
  • Excellent commercial and financial acumen.
