This is a senior leadership position reporting directly to the Managing Director, with full commercial responsibility across a portfolio of projects.
The Client: Built upon over 20 years of success, this Civil Engineering and Groundworks company are subcontractors to both regional and housebuilders. They are financially stable and growing organically. Projects include 278 works, residential groundworks, roads, sewers and earthworks. About the Role: The Commercial Director is an influential role with considerable responsibility and input into all aspects of the business's strategy. The individual will be tasked with identifying and capitalising on emerging market opportunities, expanding customer relationships, and ensuring the continued success of the business.
