Randstad Technologies Recruitment seeks a Commercial Digital Business Analyst in Maidenhead, offering a hybrid work pattern with 3–4 days onsite. The role focuses on supporting commercial initiatives, data-driven process improvement, and compliant digital solutions within healthcare contexts.

You will map current and future processes, analyze data flows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to triage and implement solutions that enhance commercial performance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyse commercial initiatives and identify bottlenecks to drive commercial excellence.
• Create as-is and to-be process maps and data flow diagrams for systems and solutions.
• Liaise with client teams and 3rd party suppliers on commercial projects and provide guidance and training.
• Provide remote demonstrations of new initiatives to client teams and ensure adoption.

Commercial Digital Business Analyst

Location: Maidenhead (Hybrid 3- 4 days a week onsite)

Contract Duration: 12 months

Our client is looking for candidate from Healthcare, Pharmaceutical or Medical industries

Primary Objective of Position

• Supporting the Commercial team in deep analysis of new Commercial initiatives and opportunities, including but not limited to opportunities surfaced from the Innovation Team and wider workforce.
• Using analytical skills to deeply understand current business processes, identify bottlenecks and triage potential solutions to drive commercial excellence.
• Produce 'as-is' and proposed 'to-be' process maps, data flow diagrams and documentation for systems and solutions.
• Using approved Client tools to build, configure and maintain compliant digital solutions or components to enhance Commercial and wider business functions.
• Liaising with Client teams and 3rd party suppliers regarding commercial projects and initiatives in order to provide guidance, training and appropriate signposting.
• Providing remote demonstrations of new Commercial initiatives (software, platforms or processes) to Client teams to explain, educate and adopt.
• Support the Senior Specialist Commercial Digital Solutions in maintaining appropriate Software Development Lifecycle and associated documentation.
• Liaising with appropriate EMEA personnel to support execution on Commercial and data privacy driven initiatives where appropriate.

Major Accountabilities

Ensures that all activities are performed in compliance with quality system requirements.

Deliver accurate, timely, consistent, and quality customer support service.

Identify and implement solutions to data privacy, data management and integration issues and concerns, including proactive prevention strategies.

Education

• Further or higher education to degree level or equivalent.
• Minimum IT education requirements are necessary so that the individual can manage the complexity and scope of the role.
• Project management skills.
• Skilled in using M365 suite of tools including Power BI, SharePoint, Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Ability to upskill rapidly in emerging M365 tools and best practice.
